Healing by Time

Hi, Ladies of Hive all of us must be had been through a lot of events that made us feel that our lives ended things that led us into black holes things that made us lose passion, hope, and the tempt to rescue.

After a while, we remember those things backward and see how we overreact back then which makes us realize with time we became more reasonable and learn how to deal with such things.

Nothing has changed except time that taught us that the only thing we need was time time to absorb the situations or to figure out what we need or what will do.

The reason for most things that effected us is the wrong choice with our relationships in all of their kinds (friends, lovers, marriage, etc...) there are relations meant to be ended especially it always there's someone who gave everything and makes sacrifices and gets nothing in return Although we should never attempt to wait for payback.

We should lower our expectations to make things easier for us.

Anyway that time we need to heal we must learn how we make it useful despite how much pain we feel in that way we don't waste any time.

For example, we can resume anything we paused before if there is not we can learn new things, new language, hand made or even watch tv shows we should do anything to keep us away from overthinking or blaming ourselves for things that are already ended.

Always we should live everything we face in life every pain every heartbreak to be stronger so then we can pass the grief stage and leave it behind that moment we can feel free again and ready to continue.

After all that, if we kill time with something useful or with nothing the important thing is that we restore our passion in life, our beliefs, and hope.

Live every moment.

Never waste time.

never lose hope.

Do not GIVE UP.

never look back.

Be positive.

True, although you shouldn't push yourself too much. Remember, resting is also working cos you're working towards healing. Whatever works best for you (doing something else or nothing at all) should be done so you don't get pressured too along the way to healing. :D

Also thankfully this mention didn't get buried in my notifications as I disabled Ginabot on Discord cos so many scams around that's why I closed my DMs.

The resting is so important indeed. When you need it, take it as it will help you heal quicker.

thanks for stopping by and yes you can do nothing just relax and hold it together, but I said that cause I regret the time I waste in grief with no plan or aim.

I wasted my first years of youth so I wrote it to anyone who has the energy to do better and never give up.

It's good that you're writing things down, it will help you heal, I promise!
Maybe not right away, but in a while you will notice how you can now look at things from a different angle and see things for what they were, maybe not start instantly crying like you used to (this was my experience, not saying you are!) and slowly things will be less painful to talk about. Keep talking though, because these things are part of you and your past and don't have to be put away. They are part of who you are and what made you!

honestly, I opened things up because of you when I read your word (healing by writing)I saw this as not really easy way but it is something we can do and control our lives.

also, I noticed that when I read something I wrote it I read it in a different way I can see my faults our the weakness points It helps me to find a way to heal myself or get rid of all the negativity.
