Sounds like you are doing good on sticking to your goals and routine! Sleep is very important, and just like you, I've been guilty of staying up later than I should to finish that episode, or just start one, only to end up finishing it, making bedtime much too late! Keep up the good work, and if coffee gets too much, try a decaf that is water processed. Take care!

Oh yes, that's why I think it would be better if I don't start watching anything for a while, haha. Maybe a mini series or a movie would be okay. :)

I'll have to look for some decaf options, thank you for the suggestion, I think that would be a great solution!

I hear you; we just finished 18 seasons of NCIS and have to wait until September when the 19 season will be out on DVD. We did not binge watch, but often stayed up later than we should have just to finish an episode we shouldn't have started due to the lateness of the hour!

If you have a coffee roaster nearby and they do small batches, that is the most perfect way to do the decaf. Beware of chemically decaf as it's not good for you. Take care!
