Yes, it can be a roller coaster. I would have never thought when I was younger that myself would be struggling with the things I do with today. We can sink in quick sand but we don't let it completely take us, fight,fight, fight life is worth it. Days come that are better and eventually we run into a string of them. I know you find time to unwind when you need it, have a strong base, and live for better days ahead. No doubt you find steady ground!
