❤️ 🧶 🧵Knot Another Knitting Tutorial -Part 9 - My 2nd Oogiliboo Is Complete! ❤️ 🧶 🧵

I have FINALLY finished my SECOND OOGIELIBOO!! YAY! I am so excited :) Well, technically it's @zakludicks, but I figured it was mine till I handed it over:p

And it's also time for me to do a 10th-chapter celebration!
I try to do this with all of my series to keep track of episodes and so that both you and I can find posts easily if we're looking for something specific. I'll probably post this later this week along with pictures from my visit to the wool shop.

So I have been dying to post for about a week now, thinking "Today will be the day that I finish," but that last little ball of yarn just went on forever. All in all, I'm super proud of how this project went. There was only one dropped stitch (that I discovered too late) but my cast on and cast off were beautiful.

Just look at that cast off line! Much neater than the last one.

So now I sit with idle hands and empty needles... googling what time the wool shop opens. I think I may have a problem! Lol

So...

@matthew-williams has requested a striped scarf, which I have not tried, but ssince I have had to change yarn midway through knitting I think I can handle this!? He wants Red and back stripes.
@merenludick has requested an "army green" scarf to go with his favorite casual clothes.

And then there's me... who doesn't know what she wants. There are just so many options.... hopefully I'll figure that out while I'm knitting the boy's scarfs.

Lesson learned though. If I want to knit scarves for winter and for charity, I need to start a lot sooner. But at least, this year I will be prepared and will have quite a few ready to go! I'll build up stock in the meanwhile.

I will definitely post more about the magical wool shop later AND I'll be including Aime as she said she would love to learn how to knit <3

That's so exciting! It's my opportunity to pass on what my gran and mom taught me :) and that is really special <3
