Five years Ago, today, I was waiting for @zakludick at the Spur local restaurant, The Spur, so I could return to this almost complete stranger that I'd been smooching the whole night, his swimming shorts and his steak that he'd left behind in the Uber 😂😜
I love telling this story because it is just the kind of crazy that leads to a whirlwind yet long-lasting relationship that has outlasted everything from grumpy relatives to COVID-19 and what we thought was Armageddon to living together and watching our children grow like beanstalks.
Time moves so fast.
It seems like we met yesterday and yet I cannot remember my life without him.
I am so grateful for the time we have had already and the time we can look forward to. I'm excited to see what life has in store for us in the years to come my love.
