It is definitely hard to come up with only 2 wishes. I did the same as you when I did my post - the first two for world betterment and the last one for me.
Stopping covid is an admirable and much-wished-for outcome.
But I also love your wish for your parents' health. My mother lives nearby and we spend a lot of time together. I'd do anything in my power to keep her healthy as well. The alternative doesn't bear contemplating.
