Good day hivers, it really nice to be here again and also joining this contest again. I'm also excited and thankful for the topics #LOH have been offering us this days they are really wonderful. So today, I saw this topic and I thought I should also hop in and also not be left out. This topic really made me to flash back to some sad and tragic events that happen to one of my family some month ago.

What was the most devastating event in your life? Express your feelings and how you coped.
Yes, challenges will definitely come and when challenges come one should be able to pray and stand strong so that our enemy (devil) will not be able to prevail. The most devastating event that I've experience though did not happen to me but it happen to a close friend just like family.
After so many years, looking for the fruit of womb God finally heard the prayer of the lovely couples. They have been happily married for 9 to 10 years but they don't have a child. They prayed to God together, fasted, went to mountains for God should just give them what they wanted. They are wealthy yes to the extent that they gift people cars, houses and so on, God bless them with abundance wealth but all they wanted is a child and nothing more.
Finally God answered their prayer last year june, because of her old age she was in the hospital throughout. The doctor said she have to stay there until the delivery, we always go there to visit her and reassure her that all is well and she will always smile and hug I and my siblings. The scan told us that there are two babies in her tummy but they were not sure if it is a male only or female.
I was very happy she will be giving birth to her own child soon and I will be calling her Iya Ibeji meaning mummy twins will also help her in carrying oneπ. Everyone that heard this story of hers is always happy and excited to the story because it been 9years she haven't even gotten pregnant before. So one day, she said she want to see her family members who are in the North and bring them to the West here since she will be giving birth soon. Everyone opposes this, but she said she will be fine and okay and she went with her driver that day.

That night, we received a call from her husband that her wife has gotten into an accident. Everyone was shocked and sad about this news that just came in, my parents went to the hospital that night alone we did not go with them because it was late. When they arrived, the next morning they told us what happened. The doctor said they brought her late, the driver was terribly injured and he survived but this woman died instantly.
Why, why we lost three people the woman and the babies in her tummy, her husband was down and lying down helplessly. Everyone was sad about this news 'after how many years of waiting patiently?' the man asked crying and murmuring. I felt this pain too, I don't know what to do I just went to a corner and try to calm myself down and try to console him.
After some months, I tried to get over it and believe that all will be well but she is still forever in my heart because she is so important. This was one of the devastating event I witnessed in life and I don't think I can easily get over it. Even my parents can't π We miss her.π₯π₯

Devastating she took a long time to find what she truly wanted to climb in a car and drive, confusing to husband sure he too does not understand the motive. Who are we to question, somethings we never understand.
Yeah that actually true...no one knows tomorrow π₯Ί
Thanks for stopping by @joanstewart
Each day is precious, enjoy!
