Teachers really have no business being mean to students under their care. They don’t know how counter products those mockeries are.
The best way to correct someone is from a place to kindness, showing that you genuinely care for this person’s growth and not just showing up for the pay check and failing woefully at being a teacher.

I agree with you that criticisms are a push towards achieving ones goals; criticisms are healthy and should be welcome by everyone.

Yea thanks buddy. If everyone could genuinely care for ones growth like they said they do, I think the world would be a better place. But nevertheless, it happens for a reason
