Semanalmente intento revisar los concursos de la comunidad @ladiesofhive y en esta oportunidad me llamó la atención la segunda pregunta que nos dejan en su concurso #89. La cual voy a responder, por supuesto, ya que es un tema bastante interesante e incluso importante de definir en nuestras vidas. La pregunta es la siguiente:

Yo amo ser mujer, sinceramente, y a su vez cada quien tiene una perspectiva diferente de lo que es el éxito, cosa que es importante tener definido para poder trabajar en pro de eso. En mi caso defino el éxito como un equilibrio total en todos los aspectos de mi vida, que, por supuesto me dan felicidad y plenitud. Además, éxito para mi es hacer y vivir de lo amo, rodearme de personas que sumen a mi vida y yo sumar en la de ellas; estar en aprendizaje constante y seguir evolucionando. Y, sobre todo, el disfrutarme cada paso para llegar a esa meta y “éxito” que es en el proceso, en el camino, donde está la verdadera magia.
I love being a woman, sincerely, and at the same time everyone has a different perspective of what success is, which is important to have defined in order to work towards it. In my case, I define success as a total balance in all aspects of my life, which, of course, gives me happiness and fulfillment. Also, success for me is to do and live what I love, to surround myself with people who add to my life and I add to theirs; to be in constant learning and continue to evolve. And, above all, enjoying every step to reach that goal and "success" that is in the process, on the way, where the real magic is.
♡Seguridad y Confianza en sí misma: para mí una mujer exitosa es aquella que sabe lo que es, lo que vale, de lo que está hecha. Reconoce sus virtudes, día a día mejora aquellas actitudes o cosas no tan agradable o que considere pueda mejorar para convertirse cada vez más en su mejor versión. Confía plenamente en ella, en la vida y en sus capacidades, es consciente de que no todo será siempre color de rosa, y gracias a su seguridad y confianza transita la vida, atraviesa obstáculos, que se vive su vida y su proceso sin compararse y a su ritmo.
♡Independiente: no depende sentimentalmente de nadie, para ser específica, de un hombre, o una pareja, tampoco financieramente de alguien más, trabaja por ella, y con esto no quiere decir que una mujer exitosa tiene que ser millonaria, en lo absoluto, simplemente sabe darse sus cosas, sabe lo que necesita, sabe darse eso que necesita bien sea amor, cariño, respeto, detalles físicos, etc. pero además está abierta a recibir. En resumidas cuentas, es una mujer autosuficiente.
♡Self-confidence and self-assurance: for me, a successful woman is one who knows what she is, what she is worth, what she is made of. She recognizes her virtues, day by day she improves those attitudes or things that are not so pleasant or that she considers that she can improve to become more and more her best version. She trusts fully in herself, in life and in her abilities, she is aware that not everything will always be rosy, and thanks to her security and confidence she goes through life, crosses obstacles, lives her life and her process without comparing herself and at her own pace.
♡Independent: she does not depend sentimentally on anyone, to be specific, on a man, or a partner, nor financially on someone else, she works for her, and this does not mean that a successful woman has to be a millionaire, not at all, she simply knows how to give herself, knows what she needs, knows how to give herself what she needs, whether it is love, affection, respect, physical details, etc., but she is also open to receive. In short, she is a self-sufficient woman.
♡Altruista, de buena Actitud: una mujer para nada egoísta, con la capacidad de compartir sus conocimientos, de impulsar, motivar a otras mujeres, aportando todo eso que sume y tenga dentro de ella con el mundo, una mujer que sabe amar y que entrega lo mejor de sí. Con buena actitud para vivir el día a día, buena actitud en su trabajo, en sus relaciones, buena actitud para enfrentar situaciones no tan agradables, porque es consciente de que siempre estarán y de ellas se aprende, se vive y se sale con frente en alto, mucho más sabia, fuerte y con experiencia.
♡Feliz, sonriente: una mujer exitosa irradia felicidad, está más que agradecida con su vida, con lo que tiene, hace lo que la hace feliz, está con quien la hace feliz, en donde se siente feliz, y día a día decide serlo, porque la felicidad es una elección. La mayoría del tiempo mantiene una sonrisa en su rostro, le alegrar vivir, se alegra de los pequeños detalles, está contenta de sí misma y puede ser feliz siendo auténtica, porque esto relaciona todo lo anterior, por su seguridad, confianza, solidaridad, entrega, etc.
♡Altruistic, with a good attitude: a woman who is not selfish at all, with the ability to share her knowledge, to encourage, to motivate other women, contributing all that she has within herself to the world, a woman who knows how to love and who gives the best of herself. With a good attitude to live day by day, good attitude in her work, in her relationships, good attitude to face not so pleasant situations, because she is aware that they will always be there and from them you learn, live and come out with your head held high, much wiser, stronger and with experience.
♡Happy, smiling: a successful woman radiates happiness, she is more than grateful with her life, with what she has, she does what makes her happy, she is with those who make her happy, where she feels happy, and day by day she decides to be happy, because happiness is a choice. Most of the time she keeps a smile on her face, she is happy to live, she is happy with small details, she is happy with herself and she can be happy being authentic, because this relates all of the above, for her security, confidence, solidarity, dedication, etc.
Son muchas las cualidades de una mujer exitosa realmente, amor propio, en fin, muchas, pero considero estos puntos relevantes desde mi perspectiva que caracterizan a una mujer con éxito. Que repito, éxito para mí no es ser millonaria ni tener muchos bienes materiales, sino más bien ser una persona independiente que hace lo que ama todos los días de su vida y está en constante aprendizaje y evolución, que todo eso junto lleva a la felicidad, que suele ser lo más de la gente al pensar en éxito…
