I am pleased to participate in this week’s prompt. And I will be writing about my Favorite corner in my home.
Where is your favorite corner or area in your home/surrounding and why do you prefer it there?
Everyone of us has a favorite corner or area where you can always see them. Anytime you look for them and can’t find them then you just have to head to that spot you know they love staying and you will likely meet them there. Most people make their rooms their favorite place, others make the study a favorite place where you can always see them studying, while some people will always make the kitchen a favorite place for them either eating or cooking.
My room is one of the favorite corners in my home. One of the days my mum has asked me if I don’t have a place to go to? I am always in the room and on my bed pressing my phone. It is so bad that anytime anyone looks for me, you will get a response like that one is in her room. She doesn't like coming out of the room. I am just this kind of person that loves keeping to myself and that makes my room my favorite space. I see it to be a cozy, peaceful, calm and a quiet place that impacts productivity and focus.
Staying in there will make me avoid some certain issues that I would have encountered being outside. Staying in my room on my bed I feel so relaxed and comfortable while trying to focus on what I have to do. In there it will be just me and the tasks I have to do and before you know it I am through. Staying in my room gives me a quiet space for self-reflection and self-evaluation. I have enough time to focus on myself more when I am secluded in my room.
