Last 2021, I went to my very first Ob-Gyn Doctor.

Well, I wasn't supposed to you know. I only went there because of some stupid shit I did a few months back.

This is the contraceptive pills called Dianne Pills which is commonly used mostly by gays here in the Philippines because of how easy you can buy it and how cheap it is than other contraceptive pills and its quite effective on them at the same time. Gays here in the Philippines often use it as a way for them to have a womanly body or to increase their estrogen. I for one had an advice with one of my friend's gay friend. I was so devastated with my face because I was using cheap skincare that made the skin of my face peel off and get irritated. I was desperate. Not until her friend told me to use Dianne so that the acne would go away.

And boy was I wrong.

Considering that it was my first time taking pills, I didn't researched beforehand on how to properly use it. The main and only thing I have knowledge when taking pills is that you have to take it "everyday".

And damn was I fcking wrong again!!!!

I didn't knew that there were pills that you could take continuously but there were also others that you have to have an interval after taking the whole strip.

Dianne was to be taken 21 days, like finish the whole strip, then you have to take a 1 week rest or no intake of pills and after that it was time to drink another strip again.

ooooh but I drank the pills C O N T I N U O U S L Y.

Idiot.

It resulted to me not being able to have my period. I skipped 1-2 months I think? And when the time came I was on my period, it fucking hurt so badly. My abdominal cramps were 10 times burning and hurting than my usual dysmenorrhea. And the next thing I knew...

I got a blood clot.

Yep. A clump of blood came out of my vagina. When it came out, all the abdominal pain went away. But I was scared. I even thought it was some kind of fetus that came out of me! (fck no pls). And so that's how I decided to consult with an OB-GYN.

First Consultation

My first OB-GYN was Dr. Gichelle. She was a kind doctor and she helped me fix my problem. I told her everything I had to do with my reproductive system. And when I mean everything,

I mean EVERYTHING.

Of course, whenever you'll be talking to a doctor, you have to tell every detail you're feeling and happening to your body. You must ALWAYS tell the truth so that they could help you with your condition.

She gave me somewhat a kind of pap smear? She told me it wasn't the real pap smear test but it surrrrrrrrrre does feel like it.

Now what is a Pap Smear.

According to the National Cancer Institute, Pap Smear is a "procedure in which a small brush is used to gently remove cells from the surface of the cervix and the area around it so they can be checked under a microscope for cervical cancer or cell changes that may lead to cervical cancer. A Pap smear may also help find other conditions, such as infections or inflammation. It is usually done at the same time as a pelvic exam and may also be done at the same time as a test for certain types of human papillomavirus (HPV). Also called Pap test and Papanicolaou test."


So basically in the actual lab, they would insert a sort of metal clamp inside of your coochie and open it wide and they'll either insert a swab or their fingers inside to check for any lumps or something. My doctor at the time did that to me. It kinda hurt because the metal clamp was cold and it was too big and the clamp tried to open my vagina hole as wide as it can.

I had to endure that uncomfortable moment. I don't have much of a choice anyway.

I love getting penetrated but this was the only penetration that didn't feel good.



The doctor also told me to do some tests like lab results where you have to pee, shit, and give your blood so that medtechs could give an analysis or whatsoever. Then Doc told me to have TVS or transvaginal ultrasound where a camera rod is dipped in heavy lube and is inserted to your holy Mary-Ellen so it can see if you have PCOS or not.

And I was penetrated again, and it still didn't feel good.

When all of the result came out, I came back to my doctor and gave it to her for analysis. She told me everything was normal and that I don't have PCOS. Thank God. She then gave me a prescription of a new pill named YAZ pills.

This is my current intake of the pills. I'm almost done with mine since I'm down to one last white pill. After this white pill, I'll be having my period. Taking this pill for 2 years already it made my irregular periods go...regular. I was now able to track my menstrual cycle and I didn't missed a month without it. Unlike before where my periods were irregular and that I'd go 1 month without any period. My pill routine was every night for everyday at 11:30pm. It must always be taken exactly at that time. And I was always punctual and consistent with it. If there were a time where I wasn't able to take 1 at that exact time, (for a reason because its either I was having a night out with my friends or I had sex with my boyfriend at some fancy motel) the minute I get home, I would immediately take it. My doctor said for as long it is within 24 hours, its safe, its okay.

But it was now a burden...financially.

I always buy my Yaz pill in Mercury Drug - a renowned drugstore in the Philippines. To be exact, it costs $16.05 and I have to buy it every month. If you would multiply $16.05 for 12 months, in a year, I have spent $192.06 already. And considering the fact that my funds are veeeeery limited, it has already became too much of a financial burden to me. But at that time I had no choice. It was for my reproductive organ's benefit as well as our sex life with my partner.

And so, this morning, I went to a new OB-GYN.

I got a new one because my previous OB-GYN's secretary pissed me off with her bitchy ass attitude so I canceled the appointment with Doc Gichelle. My bestfriend recommended me to a new and nearer OB-GYN named Doc Lyn. She started her own clinic in Cabantian where I am currently living and its just a one ride commute. Her clinic's name is CoreMed OB GYN and Ultrasound Clinic.

The clinic was nearer to my house than my previous doctor's clinic. (which was situated inside the main hospital from downtown Davao City).


I was able to have a consultation with them but Doc Lyn was absent so a proxy OB-GYN took her place. We talked a lot about my concern and she helped me with it kind and professionally. She was funny too! Haha!

She gave me a prescription receipt. On the top, she prescribed me a new hormonal pill named Althea, which was a lot cheaper but still effective like my previous pill. From what I remembered, the difference from them is that Althea has more estrogen content and Yaz is more on the androgen side. Doc even said it would help me clear my skin. hoping ! I'll be taking it after my last white pill with Yaz this Wednesday.

On the middle, she recommended me a bar soap specifically for my coochie. I told her I use bioderm, an anti bacterial soap. A friend told me to use soap as your daily wash for your pempem rather than using feminine wash that markets sweet smelling, as everyday use. My doctor then corrected me that since our flower has its own odor and it naturally protects itself, soap was not needed and that water would suffice. She even said that its kinda dangerous to use soap like that since it contains sulfur and it may disrupt the PH balance of your vagina. But you can also use feminish wash such as Betadine, Gynepro or Naflora. Its what doc would recommend rather than those fake marketing feminine wash that says it would make your coochie smell like roses and shit.

DUDE, its a fucking organ. You expect your stomach or your lungs to smell like roses?? It has its own odor and it literally protect itself from bacteria and shit. You just gotta treat them right!

And for all the guys out there that is sexually active with their women, don't force or complain on how your women's coochie should smell. Its natural. It doesn't need to be a sweet smelling thing. Try ripping your heart out and smell if its a rose petal shit and I'll take back my word that you are a stupid weakass hoe who can't handle a normal natural women's scent.

Going back....
I then told her that I use Betadine as my feminine wash only when I'm in my monthly period. She said that's fine and better since Betadine is an antiseptic and being in a monthly period can expose you to many bacterias since its dirty blood you're excreting out from your vajayjay.


She then recommended me a soap, specifically for the vajayjay that was available in their clinic, named DermaGuard. A hygiene bar that is safe to use daily. So I bought it and was told to use twice daily, day and night.

The bottom part of the prescription is the vaccine to prevent cervical cancer. I HAVE to take one since I have mated with several men in the past already. One kind of vaccine costs $68.59 and the other one costs $140.79. Yikes. Quite expensive. And you have to take that vaccine shot three times. First shot is any day you'd like, the second shot is a month after that, and the third and last shot is 6 months after that. I don't think you should take it every year, but I think after 10 years again for another dose? Idk, I forgot what she told me. LOL. But that can only be determined if the results to my pap smear is complete.

So the lesson is...

We women, should all take good care of our pussies! It is our temple. We should clean it properly and have it checked by professional Doctors for extra care. Just like most of us sensitive ass women, our pussy is very sensitive as well. A little disruption can cause imbalance of the whole organ. It will serve you and all your pleasures if you in return take good care of it.


Being a woman is hard cause you need extra extra care for your womanly features, but I am proud to be one. And being proud with my being and my body means I have to take care of it as well.
