¿Cuál es el mejor día de mi vida?
No lo sé, no se si sea la única persona que cada vez que vive un gran momento dice: "Este es el mejor día de mi vida", aunque en un futuro lleguen mejores.
Cuando era pequeña siempre pensaba que cada día era mejor que otro, pero luego me di cuenta que algunos eran especiales y quedaron guardados en mi memoria.
Pero no tengo un solo mejor día de mi vida, no creo que pueda escoger uno solo, pero puedo dividirlos por etapas: Infancia y adolescencia.
Cuando pienso en el mejor momento de mi infancia se me ocurren 3 que fueron especiales.
1.- Cuando vivía en Lechería los helados de Arturo's para mi eran los mejores y mi mamá nos llevaba a mi hermano y a mí cada vez que podíamos, a comer un helado de allí, a ella también le gustaban bastante. Lo más gracioso era que como mi hermano y yo éramos, nos manchábamos todos de helado de chocolate (es nuestro sabor favorito de helado), mi mamá siempre se reía de nosotros, eran momentos en los que reía sin parar, nos veíamos desastrosos, pero no nos importaba, solo disfrutábamos el momento.
2.- En Lechería mi mamá siempre llevaba el carro al autolavado y podría parecer normal, pero para mi hermano y yo era super divertido, al pasar el carro por los cepillos y espuma mientras estábamos dentro, siempre nos inventábamos cosas, a veces nos gustaba pensar que la espuma era nieve o que estábamos viajando en el tiempo a través de los cepillos, nos encantaba ir al autolavado, para nosotros esos días eran días increíbles.
3.- Mi mamá en la noche solía ver Grey's Anatomy, Revenge o How to get away with a murder y son series que no son aptas para niños, entonces ella nos decía que mientras estuviera viendo esas series no fuéramos a la sala, sin embargo, mi hermano y yo siempre hacíamos planes para meternos detrás del sofá y tratar de ver, pero lo que queríamos es que mamá se diera cuenta y al que descubriera más rápido perdía.
Los dos perdíamos, pero nos reíamos bastante con mi mamá, era uno de lo mejores momentos de las noches, me reía demasiado y en entonces pensaba: "Este es el mejor día de mi vida".
1.- No recuerdo que edad estaba cumpliendo, pero recuerdo los detalles. Ese día realmente me emocioné bastante. Normalmente celebramos los cumpleaños en casa de mi abuela de manera sencilla, con una torta y conversaciones en la sala.
Ese cumpleaños me prepararon una sorpresa, estaba la sala decorada y había una pancarta con mi nombre. En ese instante fui directo a abrazar a mi abuela y ambas empezamos a llorar (las dos somos muy sentimentales). Ese fue uno de lo mejores cumpleaños de toda mi vida. Recuerdo perfectamente decir antes de irme a dormir: "Este fue el mejor día de mi vida".
2.- Mi primer día yendo al liceo en segundo año, fue un día lleno de nervios, pero estaba muy emocionada, por la pandemia todo mi primer año fue online. Entrar a segundo año e iniciar clases presenciales, era muy extraño para mí, realmente no sabía si vería caras conocidas o todo sería nuevo.
Cuando me puse mi uniforme por primera vez y llegué a mi lugar de estudios, fue que me di cuenta que estaba en el liceo, era todo tan real. Ese primer día mi papá me acompaño hasta la puerta y mi mamá nos tomo algunas fotos, estaba muy feliz en el fondo.
Todavía recuerdo ese primer día, sigue siendo uno de lo mejores en mis recuerdos, conocí personas nuevas, vi caras conocidas y tenía una excelente profesora guía. Cuando llegué a casa estaba segura que me iría muy bien y así fue.
Creo que esos son los días que más puedo resaltar, no puedo escoger uno favorito, porque cualquier día que me haga feliz va a ser un gran día y se añade a mi lista de favoritos sin orden, para mi de eso se tratan los días favoritos.

What is the best day of my life?
I don't know, I don't know if I'm the only person that every time I live a great moment I say: "This is the best day of my life", even if in the future there will be better days.
When I was little I always thought that every day was better than another, but then I realized that some of them were special and they stayed in my memory.
But I don't have a single best day of my life, I don't think I can choose just one, but I can divide them by stages: childhood and adolescence.
When I think of the best moments of my childhood I can think of 3 that were special.
1.- When I lived in Lechería, Arturo's ice cream was the best for me and my mom took my brother and me every time we could, to eat an ice cream from there, she also liked them a lot. The funniest thing was that as my brother and I were, we would all get stained with chocolate ice cream (it is our favorite ice cream flavor), my mom always laughed at us, those were moments when she laughed non-stop, we looked disastrous, but we didn't care, we just enjoyed the moment.
2.- In Lechería my mom always took the car to the car wash and it might seem normal, but for my brother and I it was super fun, when we passed the car through the brushes and foam while we were inside, we always made up things, sometimes we liked to think that the foam was snow or that we were traveling in time through the brushes, we loved going to the car wash, for us those days were incredible days.
My mom used to watch Grey's Anatomy, Revenge or How to get away with a murder at night and they are series that are not suitable for children, so she told us that while she was watching those series we should not go to the living room, however, my brother and I always made plans to get behind the couch and try to watch, but what we wanted was for mom to notice and whoever found out the fastest would lose.
We both lost, but we laughed a lot with my mom, it was one of the best moments of the nights, I laughed too much and then I thought: "This is the best day of my life".
I don't remember what age I was turning, but I remember the details. I was really excited that day. We usually celebrate birthdays at my grandmother's house in a simple way, with a cake and conversations in the living room.
That birthday they prepared a surprise for me, the living room was decorated and there was a banner with my name on it. At that moment I went straight to hug my grandmother and we both started to cry (we are both very sentimental). That was one of the best birthdays of my life. I remember perfectly saying before going to sleep: "This was the best day of my life".
My first day going to high school as a sophomore, it was a day full of nerves, but I was very excited, because of the pandemic my whole first year was online. Entering second year and starting classes in person was very strange for me, I really didn't know if I would see familiar faces or if everything would be new.
When I put on my uniform for the first time and arrived at my place of study, I realized that I was in high school, it was all so real. That first day my dad walked me to the door and my mom took some pictures of us, I was so happy in the background.
I still remember that first day, it is still one of the best in my memories, I met new people, saw familiar faces and had an excellent guidance teacher. When I got home I was sure it would go very well and it did.
I think those are the days I can highlight the most, I can't pick a favorite, because any day that makes me happy is going to be a great day and is added to my list of favorites in no particular order, for me that's what favorite days are all about.
