Rain possess a very unique feature . It washes off everything whether it is pollution,heat,diseases or sadness. Raindrops bring a new freshness to the Earth that re-energize all the living things. But sometimes it brings disparity, discomfort and turmoil as well.
For me rain always brought mixed type of feelings. I wait for rain and love to enjoy in it. I,irrespective of summer and winter , love to play in the courtyard of my house during rain. I am reprimanded by my mama due to my this habit. Because ,she is bit scary of rain . Whenever , it rains more than a usual time,she gets worried and starts praying. But I make some small paper or card boats and sail them on the water that is collected for the short time in the courtyard of my home. I ask my mom to cook some pakoras or chips so that after playing in rain,I can enjoy those tasty bites as well.
But along with this ,rain doesn’t only brings smile on my face. It makes me thinking as well that rain is not delightful for everyone. For some, it is a burden as well. From the roof of my house, I can see such people. A few hectares ahead of my house ,there live some nomads in cottages made up of straws and I can see them getting disturbed whenever it rains.I pity over their miserable condition. The rain in which I enjoy and which sheds off all my gloom, brings ruthless disturbance for some as well.
Climate change is a major issue these days and torrential rains are the main outcomes of it. Even an year ago city along with my city was inundated with flood and caused displacement of thousands of people. Torrential rains are very destroying. And I fear from such rains which turn very harsh and shower alot of water with speed.

What a wonderful and fun experience you have with the rainy days. And indeed unfortunate for some, they get inconvenienced, especially when their roofs are leaking or their habitat is in danger of being damaged by floodwater or such.

You are right. Most people feel sad when it rains. In my country it is the market people, they won't sell much that day.
It all depends on the situation of things.
