Hello @passenger777 I love ballet!
I danced for 22 years taking classes for my health and wellness.
I loved it and made me feel so much better.
I still try to do some ballet in my small room now for exercise.
I also do yoga and stretches and walking.
Ballet is so good for the mind too and works both side of the brain and helps your posture, vision, and balance.
