हेलो दोस्तों स्वागत है आपका मेरे ब्लॉग में, मेरा नाम संजीदा है। दोस्तों मुझे नए-नए खाना बनाने में बहुत मजा आता है। आज मैं फिर एक रेसिपी के साथ आई हूं। दोस्तों यह भारत में बहुत फेमस है और लोग अक्सर इसे किसी स्पेशल दिन में बनाते हैं। दोस्तों इस रेसिपी का नाम है चिकन करी। तो चलिए, शुरू करते हैं। सबसे पहले मैं आपको इसमें क्या क्या लगेगा उसके बारे में बताऊंगी।

सामग्री:-
- 500 ग्राम चिकन, कटा हुआ
- 1 कप दही
- 2 प्याज, कद्दुकस किए गए
- 1 टमाटर, कद्दुकस किया गया
- 1/2 कप तेल
- 1 टीस्पून अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट
- 2 टीस्पून धनिया पाउडर
- 1 टीस्पून हल्दी पाउडर
- 1 टीस्पून लाल मिर्च पाउडर
- 1 टीस्पून गरम मसाला
- नमक स्वाद के अनुसार
अब मैं बताऊंगी कि कैसे इसको बनाया जाए, सबसे पहल कढ़ाई में तेल गरम करें। उसके बाद प्याज डाले और जब तक भूरा न हो जाए तब तक पकाएं, फिर अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट डालें। अब इसमें टमाटर डालकर अच्छे से भूनें। दोस्तों अब इसमें धनिया, हल्दी, लाल मिर्च, गरम मसाला, और नमक डालें। उसके बाद दही डालकर अच्छे से मिक्स करें। अब जो चिकन आपने अच्छे से धोकर रखा था उसके इस मसाले में मिलाएं। अब चिकन डालकर अच्छे से मिला दें और 15-20 मिनट के लिए ढ़ककर रखें और चिकन से जब पानी सूखने लगे तो उसको अच्छे से भूनना शुरू करें। लीजिए दोस्तों आपका चिकन करी तैयार है। दोस्तों इसे आप गरमा गरम चावल या फिर रोटी या नान के साथ भी परोसें।

Build some connections and a following, look for other hive users who speak the same language and post about the same things as you, it'll get you further than just attempting to milk rewards from one upvoter who may know you.

There is no value being generated here, I don't think you understand what Hive is. No platform in the world gives rewards to people without a following/consumption of the content, if I hadn't been checking the votes of that helios account I wouldn't even have known you existed and that you were getting 10 hive per post.
