Indeed, fruits are an important part of a healthy diet and it is preferable to eat them in their natural state, that is to say, avoid eating them in smoothies, since they contain a lot of sugar and when preparing them in smoothies you may want to add more sugar to give them a better flavor and that is not very healthy.

Efectivamente las frutas forman parte importante en una alimentación saludable y es preferible comerlas al natural, es decir, evitar comerlas en batidos, ya que de por si contienen mucha azúcar y al prepararlas en batido puede que quieras agregarle mas azúcar para darle un mejor sabor y eso si no es muy sano.
