The best way to stop with such an addiction is to replace it for healthier alternatives, such as a cup of hot chocolate, tea, an apple... and then start reducing how many times you need them per day. Nowadays I hardly drink coffee. I drink one or two per month, if that much... and I'm perfectly fine. 😆
There are so many addicts in this world, unfortunately and the tendency is to accept it instead of fighting it. Not good.
