Mostly the recycling, but sometimes the trash bags if I feel there’s something interesting in them with my hands from the outside, or one is open. My city has huge piles on the curbs, especially near my apartment. The recycling is in clear plastic bags or has larger items loose on top of them. I rarely leave my neighborhood.
