That's what I feel too. I prefer fruits and lentils to flour and curd in place of milk. And being a vegetarian I think eating a rainbow is possible. So vegetables, fruits and juices can bring you back to your normal weight.

good for you! yes eating rainbows is much easier for vegetarians.. in fact most of the colors come from veggies and fruits really!
