I learnt something from your post which is the shinny syndrome and to say that those habits are really toxic for you: the first "lack of focus and contentment" the second "inferiority complex" and the third "being sad over things that do not matter"

One thing about us is that we are unique and until we realize that, we can never be happy with ourselves. Not being focused can make one lose track of many good things and wanting to compare yourself to others is very bad too. And the last, getting sad with everything. It isn't everything we expect to work for us, things are bound to happen and make our expectations shift but when we understand that life isn't always in favor of us, we would be at peace with ourselves.

I am glad those habits are getting erased from you and striving to becoming a better person.
