Smoking has been one of the things I am really looking forward to quit and put a full stop, smoking kills the lungs and dry, litters the liver of an individual, although a lot do smoke, I find it not good and tries all bi could to stop and put a full stop.

I could vividly, my first day of tasting cigarettes, it was on a friend's birthday, which i was invited for the occasion, a cigarette was brought, others friends was taking and having a taste, I was so innocent did not want to take it and they began to said that i am not man enough, that smoking would make me forget unnecessary thought at times, that smoking is good for a grown up man, after so many inspiration and motivations,


I decided to have a taste and since that day, I have been a terrible smoker, but I came to find out that this should stop, I should revert my life to Normal, how I was to live, free from smoking and drugs and have my life my good living back, I Know stopping something you have been doing for a longer time is hard but I will try all my best to stop it and have my life back free from smoking and drugs.
