Our first Snake Gourds are finally ready for harvest, and we are totally ready to eat them! The Malabar Spinach and Chinese Red Noodle Beans have been ready for a bit, so now we can finally enjoy all three in a stir fry!

Honestly, there is NO WAY we'd eat THIS MUCH healthy food if it wasn't for our garden. We are already eat way kale and strawberries than we'd ever buy, and having it right here on the homestead makes it that much easier, healthier, and cost effective! If you aren't already gardening, this video may just encourage you to get growing!
