A very well good evening to all of you I am fine and hoping same for you this is the first time when I am taking part in contest which is organised by this community and even I am posting first time in this community

What is the definition of spirituality according to my point of view....😊

In simple words the the quality of being concerned ourselves with the human spirit and soul without caring about the material or physical things and by including a sense of connection for searching of meaningful life

I have seen in many of the places that people used to relate the spirituality with religions but according to my point of view these two factors is totally different we have to inherit the spirituality in our nature it doesn't matter that we belong from which religion or which caste if we have a pure and sustainable mind and have the capability to envisions inner path by which we will be able to discover the essence of our existence in this universe then automatically we are in the way of spirituality

There are some important factors which is is helpful for you to develop a spiritual mind and that factors is

• The first one is meditation because it include the feeling of calm and clear headedness and also used to increase the concentration and attention
• The second one is prayer because it has a relaxation response with feelings of hope
• The third one is yoga it believe that yoga is one of the most important factors which is is essential for spirituality because centuries-old spiritual practices which M2 to create a sense of union is practiced through physical postures ethical behaviour and breathing expansion

I am writing first time in this community so if any type of community rule has been broken by me then I apologize for that and if any mistake already done please feel free to share it with me in the comment section and from the next time I will surely take care of that
