I'm grateful for the opportunity to be loved and to show others love.
This contest is coming at a very key point of my life.
Recently i have come to realise how much we need love in our lives and how much showing love to others can help us push on.
This is my story;
I work a relatively stressful hospital, where i take night duties frequently. It is in a new environment and amongst new people, i actually thought i could handle the transition until i realised i was always breaking down emotionally and feeling so lonely. It was compounded by the financial issue i encountered in the first three months.
I would come back from work and almost slip into sadness night after night and then a miracle happened.
Guess what!! I got roomates who moved in with me and i noticed i felt more happy daily and despite the tedious job at the hospital, i looked foward to coming home daily because by the time i'm done laughing and gisting, i wouldn't remember any of the stress again.

This helped me appreciate the importance of having loved ones around you and by the way, i have surmounted the financial challenge as my friend @bhoa really helped whenever he could.
I now truly understand the importance of friendship, of being loved, of having someone to cheer you up when you feel down.
I have come to realise that family and friends are almost everything.
You see that feeling of truly being loved and of truly loving someone, nothing can beat that not even money or affluence. It can keep you going despite being surrounded by the worst situations.
I have decided to be a good friend to my loved ones and to be a wonderful sibling to my young ones, to be there for people who need me, to love whenever i can and to receive love with all my heart because; Love makes the world go round and im super grateful to have experienced this fact.
