Hola amigos míos, hoy les traigo un problema que muchos conocemos y que se a agravado en los últimos años. "la búsqueda de empleo (trabajo)".
Esto es solo un comentario o mejor una opinión pero que difícil se a vuelto conseguir un trabajo que sea decente y bien remunerado.
En estos tiempos dónde abunda la necesidad, la búsqueda de empleo se vuelve una casería de brujas dónde el inquisidor conoces tu desesperación y te ofreces como trabajo lo que en otros tiempos nunca harías y por la mitad del pago y en algunos casos hasta mucho menos que eso.
Ofertas hay (si es que se le puede llamar así?) de empleo pero con una infinidad de condiciones empezando con las clásicas experiencias, cosa que no entenderé nunca ya que buscan gente joven recién graduado con 5 años de experiencia (osea).. de por sí que hay una cantidad de empresas cerradas y las ofertas "decentes" se hacen minimos o limitadas, lo que llamamos muy coloquial un cuello de botella dónde puedes cumplir con todas las demandas (requisitos) que te piden por el trabajo y todavía necesitas la recomendación de alguien influyente, es realmente frustrante para mucha gente que no posee vienes y no tiene esperanza de mejoría con estas condiciones, gente que le a tocado vivir el día con lo que hay y mañana veremos.
Utilizamos todas las herramientas(currículum, internet, correo, hasta señales de humo) a un costo que no tenemos y aún así no aseguramos nada, nos levantamos muy temprano y salimos a caminar tocamos muchas puertas, pero el problema es que al final terminamos escogiendo un trabajo donde somos explotados como trabajador con una paga que no alcanza para el alimento completo pero tenemos familia que cuenta con nosotros.
Cuántas personas sufren esta realidad!!! ..
Me gustaría poder tener las herramientas con las que pudiera ayudar a las personas a conseguir un empleo sin que tengan que pasar por tanto problemas ya que por culpa de la frustración de no conseguir un empleo muchas familias se desintegran y muchos hijos crecen sin sus padre ( no en todos los casos pero influye).
Los hombres no saben lidiar con la falta de liquidez cuando tienen familia y lo primero que hacen es abandonar, se que no son todos pero son bastantes y digo los hombres porque las mujeres han demostrado ser unas guerreras a todo nivel y son muy pocas las que se rinden cuando todo va mal pero esto es otro tema para otro día...

There are a lot of closed companies and the "decent" offers are minimal or limited, what we call very colloquially a bottleneck where you can meet all the demands (requirements) that they ask you for the job and still need the recommendation of someone influential, it is really frustrating for many people who do not own viens and have no hope of improvement with these conditions, people who have to live the day with what there is and tomorrow we'll see.
We use all the tools (curriculum, internet, mail, even smoke signals) at a cost that we do not have and still we do not ensure anything, we get up very early and go for a walk, we knock on many doors, but the problem is that in the end we end up choosing a job where we are exploited as a worker with a pay that is not enough for full food but we have a family that counts on us.
How many people suffer from this reality! ..
I wish I could have the tools with which I could help people to get a job without having to go through so many problems because of the frustration of not getting a job many families disintegrate and many children grow up without their fathers (not in all cases but it influences).
Men do not know how to deal with the lack of liquidity when they have a family and the first thing they do is to give up, I know they are not all but they are enough and I say men because women have proven to be warriors at all levels and there are very few who give up when everything goes wrong but this is another topic for another day ....
