Glad you are back home safely. You have explain how we should all eat healthy in a simple way. From my diet, I mostly eat green,red and sometimes yellow. It has helped me over the years to stay healthy and look ten years young than my real age. I hope to continue and not stop.

thanks! yes just settling in.. happy for you that you eat so well! im sure it helps you stay looking younger and being strong and vibrant.. i got some catching up to do :)
