Technology has had a high impact on human development and it cannot be denied. Nowadays we can say that we live in an accelerated technological knowledge, and with the speed of it, the daily life of people has also changed, but unfortunately the transformations that technology has had on society and human development have not been assimilated.
We know that technology is a product of human innovation, which has allowed us to develop successfully in our environment and its use has helped us to solve the problems and needs we face in today's demanding society, especially in those vulnerable groups with few resources and limited opportunities.
The importance of the relationship between science, technology and society should be a subject in which the fundamental objective is to put technological progress at the service of human development, which allows us to favor and promote technology to cover basic rights and services in an egalitarian way or to ensure the possibilities of production, social participation and sustainability in the different communities.

At present, various technologies are being developed that can have an impact on the development of different communities from a specific approach, for example, there are educational technologies that have provided educational opportunities to very remote populations, but that receive help with an interactive digital self-learning system. This has enabled a large number of teenagers to prepare for national exams, allowing them to expand their employment and development opportunities.
This is just one example of many thanks to technology.
Technological development has not only contributed to reducing the distance between human beings, but has also helped the evolution and growth of various communities in an approach of evolution and growth that permeates the human development of societies.
There is no doubt, then, that we live in a completely changing world, especially in a world of constant evolution that integrates technology as an important complement to human beings.
There is currently talk of the so-called "fourth technological revolution", which would mark the independence of the operational processes that come from human labor to give way to the automation of labor or technological processes.
Are young people really prepared for change and what will happen to the professions in the face of this revolution?
The future will require robotics engineers, who will bring industrial automation projects to life. Similarly, professionals with expertise in Big Data will be required, who will be the diamond of the companies that will unite technology with mathematics. The requirement of IT professionals who are experts in cybersecurity will be essential in companies to maintain the reliability of all the information handled in each of them.
The technological demands of the future will force people to renew themselves or leave. There is no doubt that companies will be forced to be at the forefront to meet the demands of the globalized world.
I want to conclude with the answer to the question of the theme of this publication, making a very important consideration, since everything that exists today, will have new demands within the next 10 years, in which technology will be the integrating element that builds certainty in the face of the imminent and necessary updates of industrial, social and economic policies for the future.
Technology is the complement of the human being, which indicates that they must coexist in an environment of harmonic demands, to give a constant and permanent response to the same needs of the human being.
