Hello and welcome to my page. I am @elshammah. This is my entry to the question of the week challenge. Kindly follow me as i share my take on the topic which states that "If there is a God why is there so much suffering in the world?"
For so many years from the fall of Man, the world have been in severe imbalances as many are already victims of sufferings as well. To everything there's said to be a reason. God can not just look at a man and inflict him with suffering. He's very merciful and gracious but we as human are the cause of our suffering and we return to such even after being redeemed from such cause.
More also, suffering is a resultant of an unethical, unhealthy or bad llifestyle. in most cases, it's may not be spiritually linked as we think because it's as a result of our wrong ideologies and faulty templates we've built on. When a grandfather never built his house before his demise due to his lavish lifestyle and passes this bad mentality to his son (now a father), this trend will definitely persist in the life of the grandson and generations to come unless the poor driven mindset is totally broken. This has accounted for the increasing number of suffering populace all over the world today who due to ignorance; blames their suffering on supernatural powers or God Himself.
This really gets me thinking that for how long will we stop transferring our faults or aggressions on other people, either witches, wizards or even the devil. It is expected we wake up to reality and face life utterly by changing these old habits or mindsets that has confined us to a pattern of cycle in life and as well; turn a new leaf. To be wealthy, never use your major earnings for exorbitant liabilities but rather spend on assets to generate more profit for yourself, by this you can eliminate financial suffering.
I believe in some life situations being attributed to spiritual misdemeanors but one must not allow this to be the order of the day or mentality in stock but carefully troubleshoot other aspects of our personal life to know what else must have amounted to such a level of suffering. It is often said that when there is a break in the rule of law and orderliness the law of CAMA comes to play. So, whatever you sow you'll surely reap. God has automated life to give us what we want or deserve in return for what effort we put into the course of our activities in life, so it's left for us to either take it, or live it.
Hope I have been able to touch the part you may or least expect and I'll like you to reflect carefully to know these facts as this is mostly why many suffer despite God is alive.
