Greetings friends of the community. Today we will be sharing another topic referring to the miracles of God in the life of some human beings that due to certain limitations of nature, are born with some difficulties that produce sadness instead of happiness. In the days of the Old Testament in the people of Israel, there was a woman named Hannah, who was completely barren and although she had a husband, she did not have the joy of enjoying her marriage because she could not have children. The truth, of all, is that in Israel there was a law in which the barren woman was disowned by society and if she had a husband, he was allowed to have another wife. The husband was called Elkanah, and his two wives were: Ana and Penina. The latter had children, the latter repudiated the former and mocked her to the point of irritating and belittling her, because she was sterile.
How much sadness Hannah must have felt in her heart and how much suffering, that the same word tells us of Hannah's pain and anguish because of her barrenness.
There was a man of Ramathaim of Zophim, of mount Ephraim, whose name was Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephrathite. 2 And he had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah. And Peninnah had children, but Hannah had none. 3 And every year the man went up out of his city to worship and to offer sacrifices unto the LORD of hosts at Shiloh, where were two of Eli's sons, Hophni and Phinehas, priests of the LORD. 4 And when the day came for Elkanah to offer sacrifice, he gave to Peninnah his wife, and to all his sons and all his daughters, to every man his portion. 5 But to Hannah he gave a choice portion; for he loved Hannah, though the LORD had not granted her to have children. 6 And her rival vexed her, and made her angry and sorrowful, because the LORD had not granted her to have children. 7 Thus he did every year; when he went up to the house of the LORD, he provoked her thus: wherefore Hannah wept, and did not eat. Every year, Elkanah went up to Shiloh where there was a temple of God to offer sacrifice to the Lord. Every time he went up to that place, he took his two wives and his wife Peninah's children with him. When the time came to go up to that place to worship God, surely, Hannah did not want to go up, because her husband's other wife would humiliate her greatly. However, Hannah, out of obedience to her husband and fear of God, went up, knowing the suffering and pain she was going to experience for her rival. But everything has its time and God allows the time of humiliation to exalt the humble and humble the haughty. There came a time when Hannah gained courage and after she had eaten, she got up from her chair and went to the temple to pour out her bitterness and pain before God, and made a covenant with God to give her a son and she would dedicate him for her whole life to the Lord.
9 And Hannah arose after she had eaten and drunk in Shiloh; and as Eli the priest sat on a seat by a pillar in the temple of the LORD, 10 she with bitterness of soul prayed to the LORD, and wept abundantly. 11 And she vowed a vow, saying, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt look upon the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then will I dedicate him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and no razor shall come upon his head. "1 Samuel 1: 9-11"

It is all a matter of taking courage and coming with simplicity and humility of heart, before God to express our problem and pain. It is not necessary to go to another place to look for a miracle, the safe and propitious place is at the feet of God. Hannah humbled herself with tears and made a vow before God and the Lord in due time answered Hannah's prayer and gave her a wonderful and beautiful son, named Samuel, who was a Judge and prophet among the people of Israel. Don't give in to the problem, don't give up, trust in God as Hannah did and you too will receive your miracle.
And they rose up early in the morning and worshipped before the LORD, and returned and went to their house at Ramah. And Elkanah came to Hannah his wife, and the LORD remembered her. 20 And it came to pass at the fullness of the time, when Hannah had conceived, that she bore a son, and called his name Samuel, saying, Because I asked him of the LORD. "1 Samuel 1: 19-20"
