Hello dear souls.
i live in Bulgaria on a 2/3rd's of an acre (2900 m2) property in the countryside. i intend to buy, and/or help others buy abandoned properties around me and in the nearby village, creating a sustainable intentional community of around 150 people, which would be a DAO (Dentralised Autonomous Organisation) using The Matrix-8 Solution for community governance (see links below for Matrix-8 info.).
My intention is to create loving, harmonious and abundant living and education systems for the Rising in Love Community (as i have named it) and for other communities which are forming and growing both locally and globally.
i am seeking people to come to join the community to live here and help bring this into this secondary reality we call life on earth.

Very interesting. We been looking for something like this. We are currently in Turkey, and have been looking around for a larger plot of land to start something similar. I have been a Bitcoin hodler for a while, and we moved to Turkey because of the favorable laws and easy access to exchanges.
Bulgaria isn't totally out of the question.
The community is more important then the location.

I forgot to ask something extremely important. Do you have good internet connection there? If so, how much does it cost?
Internet is quite good, not the best though. Not hard wired, uses simcard in a wifi router. 8 euro per month for 30gb data. Additional data 2.5 euro for 30 gb, but max 150 gb per month. There may be better deals now.

What is the cost of the land in your surrounding? How big are plots? Is it clearly set up for sale? How high are crypto-gains taxes in Bulgaria?
Cost of plots (with abandoned houses) of approx 2 - 3000 m2 could vary depending on how much owners want to sell, from around 5 - 15,000 euro - at a guess. i paid 7500.
Not clearly for sale, need to track down owners.
Re tax. i have no idea. i don't support taxes (used for control and murder). i dont do KYC

Wow! Beautiful place! Full of potentials. Wish I could be your neighbour! But we live so far away! In Thailand! I am also trying to start a like minded community of self-sufficiently living in the near future. But it’s very difficult to find people who are willing to take the plunge! Comfort zones are too reassuring!

If you are ann EU citizen its easy, if not, you'll need to research, i think it may depend on where you're from. Easy though if you buy property or invest over a certain amount of money. Not sure how much

This is a really cool idea and I really hope that you could expand this.
Personally I would like to see a community because I have a dream of getting to have land where me and my dog can enjoy other people's company wow people can come to visit to help out on projects.
It would be really cool to have connection with all these different properties and have us find other local individuals around each other through our friend's networks.
