RE: Fighting Weed Growth with Cover Crops and Gravel

in ecoTrain2 years ago

Hey, there. I like how you open your writing.

Well, in life, we need a little jealousy and comparison, but, for positive purposes, to make us better.

Regarding weeds, some thick types are quite helpful to avoid flooding in some low-lying areas. But indeed we have to be diligent in pruning it.

For gravel use, it is quite useful. But to maximize the use of land, it is better to arrange the space to be used first, then the rest is covered with gravel. The use of large river rocks can also be used to form a space that you use to walk so that it will not become dense with weeds.

Sort:

I found the inspiration from an instagram reel, talking about any harvest is still a harvest. Sometimes when I look at my garden it makes me sad not having anything to pick yet. hahaha

For the flood control, I still have a lot of work to do, I don't really mind since it's natural but it's still good to prepare.

For the river rocks, I'll keep that in mind...I did that before when I had access to our motorcycle, but I'll get more if I can borrow it again. It's a bit far and I can only manage to get a sack each time.

You Made me envy then. When you still have no anything to pick yet, I have no garden with plant. That's sad. Well, I Will start a brand new later
