RE: World Mental Health Day: Attending PFA Workshop 2022

in Mental Health2 years ago

I am so happy that events like this now are happening more and more. I remember it was such a rarity just 5 years ago where people shrug off the needs on education about mental health. It's been a long time since I am participating in society but like 5 years ago, I created a small project called "let's talk" which basically attempts to provide a safe space for people to talk about their problem and get emotional support they needed. I even documented all those in the previous chain My Journey of Contributing to Society| Helping is simple
It's nice that there are more workshop on these awareness. Now, equipped with those PFA, I am sure you'd be a help to somebody that one day would need it. Have a great day.

Wow. You've been in Hive for so long. And you have such a big heart for initiating that project. Helping and supporting people not only physically but in all aspects, especially mental health.

PFA can be one of the many steps I need to take on to slowly learn, train, and help others in need with my best. It warms my heart that topics like these are not as taboo as it was before. I really hope that many out there are making progress in creating a safe space for everyone around us. Thanks, @macchiata.

ahah yeah, I was here when I just turned 20. This place means a lot to me in so many ways. I am sure in the future, we'd see more initiatives like this.
