I have just released a new collection co-created with AI. This is my first time officially using Midjourney's "/blend" tool and it's been a strange experience.
I´m using only analog or digital photographs that I have produced in previous years.
It is strange to see a machine manipulating my images (at my command), but I could not avoid this experimentation. As an artist, I can attest that all experimentation is stimulating for me. But the feelings when seeing these finished images are sometimes contradictory and even inflamed by the polemics involving AI. Sometimes I feel that I am plagiarizing myself. 😟
But I confess that seeing surrealistic results with my signature aesthetic has also been pleasurable.
