My understanding is that the 'Bella' was destined for China, and this reconciles with my consideration of the reasons and goals of the ongoing suicide of the West, which is to utterly reduce the governments to the point that their populations are thereby reduced to desperation that will incline them to accept the offer of the globalist conquerors to provide them essentials like food and water in exchange for their acceptance of UBI, digital biometric ID, bugpods in 15 minute prisons, beyond which they are not allowed to travel, and a complete eradication of their privacy by constant surveillance at every scale, all of which will enable AI to sanction or reward serfs according to their social credit scores.

The populations of the West are not as resilient as the Cuban people, and aren't going to withstand such deprivations well. Surprisingly, Cubans may prove more difficult to reduce to such despair because of your long suffering and ability to withstand it.
