Germany is comparatively rigorous about stuff like this and I'm certain that this is the reason we only have 9000 deaths listed although we are much larger than England. But even the 9000 number is to high according to a pathologist who performed an autopsy on over 100 people that got listed as COVID-deaths and found that half of them clearly died of something totally unrelated.

Yeah, lots of bogus numbers all around. If Germany is doing is more accurately, good on them! Do you have a link on the 100 autopsies story you mention?
It looks like no prominent English-speaking news site picked up the story. The best thing I could find was this: https://frankreport.com/2020/04/10/the-many-lies-and-exaggerations-about-coronavirus-used-to-shut-down-a-nation/
'In Hamburg, for example, “not a single person who was not previously ill” had died of the virus: “All those we have examined so far had cancer, a chronic lung disease, were heavy smokers or severely obese, suffered from diabetes or had a cardiovascular disease. The virus was the last straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak. Covid-19 is a fatal disease only in exceptional cases, but in most cases it is a predominantly harmless viral infection.”'
'“In quite a few cases, we have also found that the current corona infection has nothing whatsoever to do with the fatal outcome because other causes of death are present, for example a brain haemorrhage or a heart attack. Corona in itself is a not particularly dangerous viral disease“, says the forensic scientist.'
In Germany he was multiple times on national television in April and May and talked quite lengthy about this topic.
