No need for mental gymnastics. This was the military, not a bunch of late middle-aged civilians who still pay for a gym membership they never use, and are just counting down the days to retirement.
Very true. Young people too... more risky behaviour leading to exposure. 100 seems like a high number for breakthrough cases. Although cramped quarters and limited air circulation may have contributed.
