Yeah mate! I think there is a way to 'unblock' the whole list at once. Just go to your blog account and click on "Muted Users" then you should see the RESET MUTED LIST button at the bottom of the list. Click on it and it should work as expected.
However, I can not assure you this above will work 100% since I've never had to use it before. :)
