My reason for Hive Power Up today is that I have been following the Hive platform for a long time. I joined Hive in April 2022 and slowly started learning about it. I have power up 589.700, now my hive power is 1134.180.
The amazing thing about the platform is that one can think of any topic and can write here by exploring relevant communities.
I explored a few communities and liked them. I would like to mention a few and tell why –
Worldmappin: I like Worldmappin because it's a place where we share our travel experiences, and people from all over the world share their travel experiences. This helps me learn about places I've never heard of before or may not be able to visit. And based on the photos shared, I can guess what the shared location might be like.
Wednesday Walk: This is one of my favourite communities because here we share our outdoor walks once a week with some photos. The community gives you the freedom to share your walk on any day of the week on Wednesday.
Ladies of Hive:
I love the weekly contest topics in this community because they give me a chance to sit back and think about these topics. Other ladies also share their opinions on the same topic. Reading about people's different experiences gives me a chance to understand others' points of view. It also connects women from all over the world.
IndiaUnited - I am from India, so it’s a feeling to connect with people in this community. Very recently, Indiaunited has come up with a weekly contest. Weekly contest is a great way to encourage writing in Hive. Especially when many times you don't know what to write about. Or in many topics, it is fun to read other people's experiences about what they think about the same topic.
Rant Complaint, talk- I like this community description- just talk about things that dont fit well elsewhere. So I write here whenever I want to say something that may be irrelevant in other communities.
Apart from this, Hive Garden, Feathered Friends, Fungi Lovers, Photography Lovers are some of the communities I have explored. I think Actifit, Foodies Bee Hive, and Hive Pet community are the ones I would like to explore a little more and write about, as all those communities are very relevant for me.
