Happy New Year, @hivepower 🐝
The first day of every year is special on Hive because it is Hive Power Up Day, and I am excited to be part of the very first power up of 2026.
A new year truly represents a new beginning, fresh energy, and renewed determination, and I am grateful to start it on this blockchain.
Looking back, last year’s Power Up Day was just a stepping stone for me. On December 1st in 2025, I did not have much Hive to power up, but I made a bold decision to participate with what I had. I powered up 3.176 HIVE, doing so with faith and hope that the next Power Up Day would be better.
Since then, I have made a conscious effort to improve my engagement on the blockchain. I became more active, more consistent, and more intentional and for the first power up in 2026, i have been able to power 12.024Hive
This achievement was made positive by some communities i engaged in, I want to sincerely appreciate the entire Hive community, especially @commentrewarder, @hivebuzz for the support and encouragement that made this growth possible.
In my almost three months on Hive, I have been able to stake Hive and participate in Power Up Day for the first time. This may seem small to some, but to me, it is a very meaningful achievement and a strong foundation to greatness.
I am truly grateful for this journey. In this beginning, i strongly believe that 2026 will be a great year for me on the Hive blockchain.
