Third Power Up: Continuous Growth Despite Absences

Today marks a new month of new unpredictable episodes in our lives. Fifty-four (54) remaining days before Christmas Day and Sixty-one (61) remaining days before we welcome a New Year that awaits us. I can't help but think and feel that Earth is revolving at an unusual pace, it seems too fast unlike before when I can keep up.

How quickly the day ends, How fast the night changes. It's been a whole three months since I decided to join Hive and unleash its mysteries and now it will also be my third time participating in Hive Power-up day. During that period I admit that it is an amazing experience, I manage to meet authors with big potential, I manage to expand my horizon, and meet friends virtually. It just proves how people can make a strong connection despite not meeting everyone in a real-life scenario.

Well, enough of babbling. I know that I had a lot of absences in the previous month and was inactive as well. When I say 'lot' it means a LOT. I became like a mushroom that sprouts anywhere and anytime I want and also like a bubble that will disappear constantly. That happens when I try to set aside something to make space for things that I believe I should focus on more. I became quite busy with studies since the academic year starts in October and I want to remain focused on that. I still check my feeds on my social and all, that's what I'm doing. Nothing more, nothing less before focusing once again. Pretty boring, I agree but when it comes to these events I will not hesitate to join since this is only once a month!

I have 66.463 HIVE tokens, 178.561 Hive power, and 38.785 HBD in total that I acquired last month. Since I noticed that my Hive power is close to reaching 200, I decided to power up at least thirty-five (35) Hive tokens to reach that. Increasing your Hive power can ultimately increase your resource credits and upvotes as well. That's why if you want to increase your vote value, the solution is to increase your HP by powering up the desired amount.

Upon setting all the needed information, I confirm the transaction, and viola! 200 Hive power has finally been achieved! Yay!

This is my latest wallet value. I am happy to see the progress of my account. It takes time depending on my consistency but I'm still happy with my achievement! More to go!

This is my recent award for participating in the Power-up day event starting in September until today. I can't wait to see the bee displayed in that mystery box after the countdown. As a matter of fact, I participated in October PUD but I didn't make a post about it lol. I remember powering up but eventually after that, I fell asleep, and when I woke up my laziness convinced me not to make a post about it anymore.

Moving on, this month is full of opportunities for us. I will not promise anything or make a goal for myself from blogging today since there's a big probability that I will lie low again.
