Challengedac: How to make the Nigerian Doughnuts (Before Frying)

Before Frying there's an important thing you should take note of which is spreading your doughnuts on a flat surface to enable spacing while it proofs.

this a stage necessary for the yeast to act on the dough to give it all the qualifications it needs to be classified as a doughnut which is done in the video below.

you will need to cover it or keep it where it will absorb hear so it will proof well.

for at least 30minutes

then afterwards you pour your vegetable oil in a pot at medium heat for frying.

you can add onions to the oil so as to give it a nice aroma which is a choice you can use what you like then Proceed to the Frying stage.

for desired color golden brown is adviced.
