Hello Hivers..
Today I will continue sharing about how do we improve our mental health. Why I keep on sharing about mental health in my blog?

Because it is something that I have experienced. Before, I didn't take care of my mental health enough. I didn't know how important is. I only focused on my physical health. Until I experienced the mental illness and understand how difficult the recovery is. That's why, I want to share about this so there will be more people become aware about mental health and they don't need to suffer like me.

If you want to join me to spread mental health awareness, you can write and share about your experience too. Or you can please share my blog, follow and vote this post.. Thank you in advance :)

You know what?
Mental health affects the way people think, feel and act.
And taking care of our mental health is just as important as having a healthy body.
Let us try these tips to keep our balance, or re-balance ourself.

before read more, you can read the Part 1 and Part 2 first

Here are more tips to improve our mental Health :

Set realistic goals

Decide what you want to achieve academically, professionally and personally, and write down the steps you need to realize your goals. Aim high, but be realistic and don't over-schedule. You'll enjoy a tremendous sense of accomplishment and self-worth as you progress toward your goal.

Avoid alcohol and other drugs

Keep alcohol use to a minimum and avoid other drugs. Sometimes people use alcohol and other drugs to "self-medicate" but in reality, alcohol and other drugs only aggravate problems. For more information, see Alcohol and Other Drugs.

Get help when you need it

Seeking help is a sign of strength — not a weakness. And it is important to remember that treatment is effective. People who get appropriate care can recover from mental illness and addiction and lead full, rewarding lives. No need to feel shy or afraid to get help from professional.
