We continue with the progress of the All Hands on Deck Project, which we developed during the school year. Its main feature is that it is carried out in all areas of the education subsystem in Venezuela, cutting across all areas from Early Childhood Education, through Primary Education, General and Technical Secondary Education, as well as Special Education in all its forms, culminating in Adult Education.
At the Maestro Prieto Figueroa Early Childhood Education Center, we developed it based on the Comprehensive Community Education Project, adjusting it to fit the classroom projects. On this occasion, with the support of mothers, fathers, and representatives, we began preparing some waste materials (plastic bottles) for planting ornamental and medicinal plants. This activity will be carried out with the active participation of the children.
Without a doubt, it is vital to have the right tools to start planting, and compost and nutrients are also vital for preparing the soil. Planting requires a great deal of effort, investing time and researching different seeds and plants so that we can avoid setbacks and obtain a suitable product that is useful for everyone in the school community.

Continuamos con los avances del Proyecto Todas las manos a la siembra, el cual desarrollamos en el transcurso del año escolar, su característica principal es que se lleva acabo en todas las áreas del subsistema de educación en Venezuela transversalizando todas las áreas desde Educación Inicial, pasando por Educación Primaria, Educación Media General y Técnica, así como Educación Especial en toda su modalidad culminando en la Educación de Adultos.
En el Centro de Educación inicial Maestro Prieto Figueroa lo desarrollamos partiendo del Proyecto Educativo Integral Comunitario, lo ajustamos o contextualizados a los proyectos de aula. En esta oportunidad, con apoyo de madres, padres y representantes iniciamos el acondicionamientos de algunos materiales de desechos (botellas plásticas) para sembrar plantas ornamentales, así como de uso medicinal, esta actividad se hará efectiva con la participación protagónica de los niños y niñas.
Sien duda, es vital contar las las herramientas adecuadas para dar paso a la siembra, también el abono y los nutrientes son vitales para acondicionar el terreno. Sembrar lleva consigo un gran esfuerzo que requiere invertir tiempo e investigar sobre diferentes semillas y plantas para no tener tropiezos y podamos obtener un producto adecuado que sea útil para todos dentro de la comunidad escolar.
