Cuando nos referimos al clima de un lugar, estamos analizando un conjunto de elementos meteorológicos que van de la mano para determinar su estado, al obtener una síntesis estadística a largo plazo de elementos como la temperatura, la presión atmosférica, el viento, la humedad y la precipitación, se obtienen datos que se pueden representar a una escala temporal constante que definen las condiciones climáticas de un lugar dado.
When we refer to the climate of a place, we are analyzing a set of meteorological elements that go hand in hand to determine its state, by obtaining a long-term statistical synthesis of elements such as temperature, atmospheric pressure, wind, humidity and precipitation, data are obtained that can be represented at a constant time scale that defines the climatic conditions of a given place.
Por su parte, el tiempo, a diferencia del clima; sólo describe las condiciones meteorológicas de un espacio o lugar a corto plazo y en condiciones variables; Por ejemplo, no podemos hablar del estado del tiempo de un lugar, asegurando su estado para varios días, ya que puede variar diariamente, eso dependerá del estado del tiempo en ese momento.

El clima y el tiempo, van a depender de igual forma de los eventos que desarrollen en la atmosfera como la presión atmosférica, la humedad, la temperatura y otros factores y/o fenómenos que se presenten al momento. Lo determinan; uno a largo plazo, en el caso del clima y el otro a corto plazo como lo es en el caso del tiempo; es prudente analizarlos y además podemos decir que tienen semejanza en cuanto a que son éstas condiciones las que lo determinan.
The climate and the weather will depend in the same way on the events that take place in the atmosphere such as atmospheric pressure, humidity, temperature and other factors and/or phenomena that occur at the moment. They determine it; one in the long term, in the case of the climate and the other in the short term as it is in the case of the weather; it is prudent to analyze them and we can also say that they have similarity in that it is these conditions that determine it.
La temperatura: se mide por la cantidad de energía calórica de un cuerpo o lugar que emite calor; por ejemplo la energía calórica que proviene del aire, depende de los rayos del sol y es a consecuencia de la radiación solar alcanzada en nuestro planeta. Por otra parte la suma de las energías que contienen las moléculas de un cuerpo, se conocen como energía térmica, y en ese caso la temperatura depende del flujo de calor emitido en ese momento.

Todas estas variables afectan y dan lugar las condiciones climáticas o estados del tiempo de un sitio o lugar determinado; así que ya sabemos que al hablar de clima nos referimos a las condiciones meteorológicas que definen un lugar en un plazo de muchos años. Por su parte al hablar de tiempo, nos referimos a las características dadas en un lugar determinado en ese momento.
