Happy weekend everyone. Hope you are enjoying your weekend.
yesterday was our cultural day and I'd like to share about our school's cultural day and group event, which was truly remarkable. The teachers and learners really had fun and it looks as if am the happiest because am alive and healthy seeing my daughter celebrating with other kids.
The years event focused on the cultures of the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria: Hausa, Igbo, and Yoruba. Additionally, Akwa Ibom, representing the Efik ethnic group, was included due to its close proximity to the Igbo community. The students showcased various activities including historical presentations, cultural dramas, and traditional dances from each group.
The Yoruba group from the South excelled, securing first place, followed by the Igbo group in the East second, Akwa Ibom in South-East third, and the Hausa group in North fourth. Every group delivered outstanding performances, and I am immensely proud of all the students. I wish them continued success, and may God continue to bless us all.
Below are pictures of the event featuring the four cultural groups. Thank you for reading, viewing, and appreciating them.
The pictures were taken by me using my Tecno Spark 8P.
Remain Blessed and do have a splendid weekend.
This is so amazing 😍.
The dancing looks like fun, looks like beautiful people, beautiful women, love the photos, I didn't know about the ethic groups of Nigeria which Africa is very big like Asia and Africa might be bigger than South America and Africa is very mysterious to me
