How can I fix my sleep habit?
If I go to sleep at 12 am, I will still wake up at 12-1 pm and thinking about waking up early while sleeping at 2-3 am is a dream.
What am I supposed to do? I desperately want to change this stupid habit.

You can go to sleep at 12 a.m. and still stay sleep till 12 in the afternoon the next day! That's something 😂
The best way is to just start waking up early. The first week is going to be drowsy hell, but it gets better. Trust me!
