Dave was actually watching a documentary recently that had a small mention of Steemit and touched on a few of the users. I can't remember the full topic, but something about anarchists, I think. I remember popping my head in while he was watching it and seeing screenshots pulled from the OG Steemit frontend.
Was it The Anarchists on HBO? If so, now I definitely have to watch it. I was already planning on it when I saw the trailer, and a homeschooling mom I used to know popped up. 😂
