RE: Us - When shadows come to play (Movie Review)

Absolutely loved this movie, the fight scene between the protagonist and the villian while she does ballet, I cry every single time :')

But you are right, Peele is a very... elusive director. He never out right says his intentions. But I believe the ending of the movie was the villian -- the doppelganger who switched places with her at the carnival -- showing that she got away with it. The "Hands Across America" thing was from the 80s, I've never looked into it but should soon!!

Anyway thank you for sharing! 🙏 Great movie!

I cry every single time

It was emotional seeing the villain fight so hard to get her life and family back.
Yes, I understood what he was trying to portray with the protagonist who we've been vying for becoming the villain and other stuff but why did our supposed villain say at the beginning that "things would have been better if the girl had taken her with her and they would have lived together"? I have no idea what he tried to portray with that but anyways, I've heard so much about Jordan Peele being an awesome director. I'll definitely check out other of his movies when I have the opportunity.
Thank you
