Habt ihr von Bybit schon gehört? Ich noch nicht, obwohl es nach Volumen hinter Binance und crypto.com die drittgrößte Krypto-Börse (CEX) ist.
Gegründet wurde die Börse 2018 von dem chinesischen Unternehmer und früheren "Forex Broker XM"-Geschäftsführer Ben Zhou in Singapur. 2023 zog die Börse nach Dubai und jetzt soll das europäische Headquarter von Dubai nach Wien in die EU übersiedeln und um eine EU-weite MiCa-Lizenz ansuchen.
Laut MSM wurde eine Adresse im 22. Bezirk in Wien registriert. Bin gespannt, werde davon berichten, sobald es eröffnet.
In Wien ist übrigens auch das HQ der österreichischen Krypto-Börse Bitpanda. Vielleicht auch ein Grund warum Bybit Wien als Standort gewählt hat.
Einen Wehrmutstropfen gibt es aber auch. Bybit unterstützt Steem (STEEM-USDT) aber nicht Hive.
Was sagt ihr dazu? Habt ihr Bybit schon gekannt oder verwendet? Wie können wir Hive auf Bybit listen?

Have you already heard of Bybit? I haven't yet, although it is the third largest crypto exchange (CEX) by volume behind Binance and crypto.com.
The exchange was founded in Singapore in 2018 by the Chinese entrepreneur and former “Forex Broker XM” executive Ben Zhou. In 2023, the exchange moved to Dubai and now the European headquarters are to relocate from Dubai to Vienna in the EU and apply for an EU-wide MiCa license.
According to MSM, an address has been registered in the 22nd district of Vienna. I am curious and will let you know as soon as it opens.
Incidentally, Vienna is also the HQ of the Austrian crypto exchange Bitpanda. Perhaps another reason why Bybit chose Vienna as its location.
But there is also a downside. Bybit supports Steem (STEEM-USDT) but not Hive.

Hab´ ein Ticket dort geöffnet, warum Hive nicht gelistet ist. Wenn jeder Hiver das macht, könnte das etwas bewirken.

Sehr gut, denke da es eher eine chinesische Börse ist, dass Justin Sun vermutlich gute Kontakte zur Börse hat, aber wenn sie Steem unterstützen, müsste es zumindest technisch einfach möglich sein auch Hive zu listen.
Ich denke recht logisch, dass Steem gelisted ist, die kennt man von damals (als man top 3 crypto war) und viele Nutzer aus dem asiastischen Raum, einige wurden nach der feindlichen Übernahme von Justin meines Erachtens grundlos enteignet, daher sind die nicht auf Hive.
Und wenn ich höre, dass man bei Hive sagt/fragt, warum hätte Steem stabilen Preis obwohl zentralisiert muss ich durchaus schmunzeln - manche denke echt unser DPoS Witness System wäre top dezentralisiert......

I know about Bybit crypto exchange, hive needs to be listed there along with steem. xm is a big forex broker.
Ja ByBit ist schon eine der bekannteren Börsen. Cool, dass die nach Wien kommen. Weniger, dass HIVE da nicht gelistet ist. 😕
Yes i have been using bybit after our govt decide to ban binance in our country. Shouldnt hive reach out to outher exchange to get listed?
Most CEXs I know that support steem also support hive, so Bybit comes as a bit of a surprise. Hopefully the Hive/Usdt pair will soon be added, though I suppose the efforts of Hivers in promoting hive might help make that happen. Thanks for the update and have a great day.
I use bybit alot to trade some coins but truly it doesn't support Hive.
Hive is leading cryptocurrency and it should be listed on buybit. Since last one year we have less investors because of reducing price...if the platform like buybit not listing hive so we'll lost our hive value. no...no..no...
Hatte ich noch keinen kontakt bisher, ohne "Hive" habe ich auch keine verwendung dafür.

Interessant, dass sie Wien als EU-HQ ausgesucht haben. Eine weitere CEX die Hive listet wäre nicht schlecht. Bin jedoch gespannt, wie das mit der MiCa-Lizenz klappt.
Finde cool, dass sie Wien als Standort gewählt haben, bin auch gespannt, ob das mit MiCa klappt, zu viel Regulierung meiner Meinung nach.
