Hallo liebe Community,
Ich hatte ja hier im Beitrag über die Bank berichtet, die ich für meine Eltern bestellt hatte, die aber nicht wie bestellt zusammengebaut geliefert wurde, sondern zum Zusammenbauen, und das diese nicht wirklich stabil war.
Nach dem ganzen hin und her habe ich mit denen telefoniert und das nochmalnversucht zu erklären. Irgendwie hat der Herr das nicht wirklich verstanden und wollte sich drum kümmern.
Kurz darauf bekam ich eine Mail dass die abestellung storniert wurde und damit auch die Rechnung.
Nach dem ganzen hin und her habe ich vor paar Tagen dann nun eine Mail bekommen in der Man sich entschuldigt und das der Fall nich geprüft wird.
Das man aber entschieden hat, damit wir nicht länger warten müssen, dass wir die Bank Spenden oder entsorgen können.
Das finde ich nach dem ganzen Aufwand mal kulant und so sollte es doch öfters laufen wenn man mist gebaut hat.
Alles hat ein gutes Ende sogar dieser Wahnsinn!

Hello dear community,

After all that back and forth I talked to them on the phone and tried to explain it again. Somehow the Lord didn't really understand and wanted to take care of it.
Shortly afterwards I got an email that the order was canceled and with it the invoice.
After all that back and forth, I received an email a few days ago in which they apologize and that the case will not be examined.
But that has been decided so that we don't have to wait any longer for the bank to donate or dispose of it.
I find that accommodating after all the effort and it should run more often if you've messed up.
